Christian is always helpful and care for his customer’s needs. He is very professional and knowledgeable and able to guide you while explaining the work proposed to be done. Christian is a great asset to Coral Springs Honda.
I needed to fix my a /c. They told me that for $595 i will have a/c again but the disgnostic i received it was wrong and now the are telling me your technician was not correct and i need to pay ectra$595 to finish the work.
After paying $600 my a/cdoesn’t work i went to my desler hoping to get a netter service I WAS WRONG I WILL NEVER TSKE IT TO THE DEALER AGAING

I was overcharged and received another customers receipt instead of my own which means someone has my personal information in their possession. After informing Christian of this he never one time apologized for the inconvenience instead he said that he would refund me the money (which I asked him to do originally) and said he would take back the free oil change he offered. I still have not received an itemized statement reflecting all charges.
Service was great as always just was hoping for it to be a bit faster but i understand seeing as it was a bit busy but otherwise the service was great
