He was honest about how long I would have to wait. I appreciated the honesty.
Somewhat disappointed. Made appointment for approximately 8:00am, told I would be called upon completion. I called @ approximately 3:30pm to find that the car was ready. When I arrived, I was told that the car was ready @ 11:00am and they tried to call & test me. I received no call or text. When Louis showed me on his phone the time he tried to call me, it turns out that he was calling & texting the wrong number.
He then asked me to come outside & he would bring the car up. 5 minutes passed, then 10 minutes then 15 minutes. When he brought up the car, it was wet. He said he had to run it through the car wash because the technician forgot to do it. I did request the car wash at time I booked online appointment.
I also did not receive a inspection checklist, so I’m not sure if the battery, tires are good and if all fluids were topped off.
I booked this appointment online. I should have called in my appointment and booked with Troy as he normally very good care of both my & my wife’s cars.
Steven was very professional. He is good representative of the company.

I left my car last night at Coral Springs Honda and left my keys in the drop box. Joville called me 730 am and went over everything with me. Advised me of service that I should get and glad he did because I forgot to write the alignment down. He advised me when my car should be ready and it was. When I picked my car up he went over everything with me. Great customer service.

It was a pleasure working with Joville. He was very patient with me and did not try and force services upon me that I did not have the budget to pay. He indicated what services my vehicle needed and why, and allowed me to choose my services without guilt. But for the first time in all my years of servicing my vehicles at Coral Springs Honda (since 2001) I actually had someone show me a visual of the parts that needed replacing and the significance of what potential damage might occur if not replaced. I’m a visual person so it was very good for me to see how things work out to allow me to better assess everything.
