I had told Steven that I was thinking bout changing service locations to another Honda place because I didn’t feel like I was valued as a Honda customer I didn’t feel like ur representative really knew what customer service meant . And I even expressed it in my other serveys but nothing was done about it .. however I do feel Steven went that extra mile to win me back and for that Steven I say thank you very much .. I love my Honda Accord and my Honda ridge line .. I never take my vehicle anywhere else but the dealer ..I will give ur location one more chance
