Although I live in West Palm, I travel 40 minutes to Coral Springs whenever I need to get my Kia serviced because I trust this place over the ones around where I live. I don’t know who Alexander Monge is. Our salesman was Brian Kaplan. We were satisfied with our purchase experience, however, I am still unclear on some of the features on the Telluride we purchased. Can we come back in and have someone walk us through how some of the features are operated?

Miss Elizabeth was attentive and she support me. My car had a trembling in the front left tire. She told me that KIA ‘s Service Report was to REPLACE THE FRONT TIRES because the tread was very low. She told me that the tire installment was $121 each one and the aligning $99 for a total of $341 before tax that plus the $149 gavea an amount of almost $500. I was pleased with Mrs. Elizabeth, but she told me that they made the Multi-Inspection point Check and that my car was washed. When I went to my car it was not clean at all .. I am not satisfied with KIA because I went to a tire dealer and the solve the problem doe just $106 ( balancing, rotation and aligning ). This saved me $400 and time. Thank you !
