Arrived at the dealership and my appointment I had scheduled online was not in the system, so that was disappointing. I waited about 3 hours. Nick did a great job of trying to get me in and offered breakfast. Once they saw me it was good service.
He is very thorough and helpful and kept me informed about the work been done on my KIA Sportage..
He was great but has not heard from him on the part that had to be order door handle waiting who long will it take to resolve this problem it will be a week this Saturday from servicing my car at least a curiosity call on status of the part
