I'd like to speak to the management. This is my 1st time ever becoming upset with my experience at the Weir Canyon service department after 7+ years of faithfully serving my RDX despite the distance I travel for it. I had to wait over a week before filling this afterservice survey... and I'm realizing I'm still quite upset.

Appreciate Jesus jumping in since Brian is out sick and was able to assist with repair as planned. He also had the foreman test drive with me to make sure the clicking/rattle issue is heard which is much appreciated. Shop Foreman is also nice. Picking up car tomorrow since it got done late in the day

Brian was out sick this week, which I can understand, but there was only 1 other person in the service department and they were not able to communicate with me at all. I had no idea what was going with my car and got zero communication on when it would be ready.
