Brian is great with communication, customer service and handling whatever the repair requires. This time it involved our extended warranty. We are very thankful for his consistent ability to always share the options, keep us in the loop, & coordinating a loaner car.

I'd like to speak to the management. This is my 1st time ever becoming upset with my experience at the Weir Canyon service department after 7+ years of faithfully serving my RDX despite the distance I travel for it. I had to wait over a week before filling this afterservice survey... and I'm realizing I'm still quite upset.

Appreciate Jesus jumping in since Brian is out sick and was able to assist with repair as planned. He also had the foreman test drive with me to make sure the clicking/rattle issue is heard which is much appreciated.

The service team was not fully staffed but they explained the back up but my suv was serviced quickly. I think the team did a great job for an understaffed Monday.
