Brian really saved the day for me. He went above and beyond to help fix my vehicle, when I was on a serious time crunch. Brian was sensitive to my medical needs and ensured my vehicle was serviced promptly. He also checked in with me in the lounge to provide updates. Jesus went beyond the standard B17 schedules maintenance info and help- he helped trouble shoot my Wife’s car play, which was not working at all.
He had a factory reset done to clean it up, had updates added that had not been finished, and even got his personal data cable to find out mine was not working properly.

You can't. I brought my ZDX in for a Recall Service and a first time tire rotation. Left the car Friday morning. Got a Loaner. The Loaner had a non working microphone issue with Apple Play so I couldn't use my phone properly while driving. But the real problem was the Service Rep told me they couldn't rotate my tires because they couldn't find the tire locks in the boot. They were right there the whole time!!!!!! He didn't tell me this until I showed up today around 11:30 to pick up my car!! So you guys had my car for over 72 hours and no one touched the tires...And the Rep lied to me about the tire lock keys being missing!!! My lease is up in a couple of months too but I won't be back to Wier Canyon Acura.
Brian and the WCA team are the best, got me and out of there quickly!
