Dont say you finished a job and then I go out to see that the job wasnt finished it made me question if yall even did the other maintenance on the car.. your dealership just seems like you want the customer in and out lie to them and we just have to trust you at your word. What bothered me the most was when I pointed it out and the rep was like are you sure it wasnt complete... yea it wasnt ...

I enjoyed working with Jesus today very much. From the moment he called me this morning to confirm what my service enteled what I could have done what I wanted done to my being unable to pick my car up on time and him accommodating me for pickup tomorrow It was the best customer service I've had with an auto service department in a long time

Jesus was good. I didn't get a car wash. Jesus said I did and it states I did in my paperwork, but I definitely did not. Nothing. No vacuum inside. Nothing.

I have been a long time customer of Weir Cyn Acura. I have witnessed many management changes over the years, some good & some not good. However, I think the most recent levels of management, including current are better than their predecessors. Thank you.
