I’m beyond grateful and completely satisfied with Mike Russell & Brian Tritz for going above and beyond to serve and fix my vehicle when both issues happened within a couple of days. Mike Russell communicated instantly to let me know that it wasn’t covered under my insurance plan but that he would look into the situation and wanted me to know what he could do to help in some way! He gave me hope as my vehicle is my sole vessel to making a living for my family. My entire family prayed with the hope that Mike Russell provided us. I received a voicemail from Brian to let me know that two issues had been approved to get fixed and replaced and set up a date to bring the vehicle to Weir Canyon Acura at a very minor deductible that was today on my 33RD wedding anniversary and provided a replacement vehicle to take my wife out to dinner and a movie to celebrate. This is a very blessed day for me and my family. I want to thank everyone at Acura Weir Canyon Dealership for providing great customer service for my vehicle ILX 2019 and making sure that our car buying experience matters. I’m going to let everyone I know what happened to me and that if that are looking to buy a used car or a new one to go to Weir Canyon Acura in Anaheim for the best loyal customer service and continuing customer service for there purchased vehicle.
