After making the deal it took almost 4 hours to get to the fiance manager to sign the paperwork. I understand she was the only person working in that department that evening. But 4 hours....

5 hours for a nail in a tire. Friendly service but it took way too long
John told me my battery is bad and I needed a belt for the powertrain and the whole thing was going to cost me about $450 and I called him back I said first I said do it and then call them back and said don't do it he said it was already done and I went down there and it wasn't done so yeah he lied to me about three times so he's a piece of s***

I had an appointment at 9:00 am for my vehicle to have the required maintenance at 75,000 miles, I also ask him to please check the battery and Bluetooth. He told me no problem to sign the paper which stated I was responsible for $129.00 and it would be use as part of the total price of all the work they were going to do. I sign and left he said he would call me. He never did. I call at 2:00 he said he didn’t know yet to give him some time. I called back at 5:30 and he said they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with blue tooth. Never did the maintenance or anything to my car. I’m very upset he said I never mention anything but blue tooth which is a lie. He said I should get a loaner and leave the car next time. He treated me like I was stupid, very unprofessional. I wasted my whole day and they did nothing. I took my car to freehold Toyota and had everything done in less than 4 hours very profesional and nice. I would never recommend or go back to galaxy Toyota .

My sales person was Gregory Moore, and I liked his boss Joe. I am very happy with the two Rav 4’s I purchased from Greg. I don’t know who Jonathan is. I also had my friend from work Patti Noble go to Greg and Patti and her husband also bought a Rav 4. I would highly recommend Galaxy Toyota and Gregory Moore.
