It took longer than I expected to change the fuel pump, but I was happy that you could start to do it right away without an appointment. Thank you.
Took a very long time, but everyone was friendly and was not upsaled.
I was told that a defective part of my Highlander was not under warrantee. If I had not checked with Toyota Corporate I would have been charged $1,200. Communication was also poor. I had multiple calls into my service rep with two days of no communication. It wasn't until I contacted the assistant manager that I received and update. I will not be returning to Galaxy Toyota.
A disgrace from start to finish.

However - I made an appointment for Wednesday at 9:30am and after showing up on time I was told that nobody could look at my car until the next day. I returned today(Thursday) and was told that it would be about 2 hours to wait for my car to be inspected. Only a diagnostics was scheduled for 9:30am. I was never updated and always had to go to the service desk to check on status. I checked multiple times and was told “they are looking at it”.
6 hours later my vehicle was done being inspected. I waited for this the entire time with assumption it would only take 2hrs. Not acceptable. No updates were ever given until I asked.
The good is that the issue was identified, but I was told your dealership does not want to fix it because it’s a Lexus. The LX470 has the same drivetrain as the Land Cruiser and shares part numbers.
I also requested other items to be done during my visit but they were not competed.
The kicker - the part that was identified to be the issue is one of the parts I requested to be looked at as the source of the problem. Do techs read customers comments?
What’s the point of making an appointment?
Have the service manager call me to discuss this please

Great experience at galaxy toyota today. Good communication and updates on status of my car and was advised about something that needed to be fixed and I was able to get that fixed today.
I’ve dropped by the dealership a couple of times and the team there has always been very quick to respond to my questions / concerns..
I am very happy my new Venza and I know I can count Tony, Greg, Chris and everyone if ever I have any issues with my lovely vehicle.
Phil is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I hones Have never had such good service for my car. Erica through my whole lease has been nothing but amazing, accommodating and reminding of my due services. I would only release because of her hard work and customer service.
The service is great but the prices are very high. If the prices remain the same I will have to take my car somewhere else
