I was treated extremely by every one!!!
At the end of the service no one went over what exactly was serviced and did not give me any info on my brakes . I have had multiple new cars and been to many different service stations and I can honestly say this was my worse experience. Even when I inquired about making a follow up visit for my car I was told to do it on the phone . I will not be coming back.
Enrique was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
Gary was very attentive and thoughtful. He kept updated regularly. He felt like a friend throughout the process!
Tire was not checked properly took it to get checked at another place same day and screw was in tire and my tire was going flat same day will not be returning to this facility for my Hyundai.

Lack of communication. Eric brought our vehicle in for a recall to repair or replace the back uo camera. When it was dropped off, we were told it would take just a few hours. Yes it was done within that time frame. We picked up the car, drove home, reversed into the driveway and noticed the camera wasn't working. We called the service department and were told that "Oh yes, we had to remove the old one, order a new one, and we'll call you back to make another appointment to have the new one installed. Poor communication on your teams' part. It would have been nice to have been told this when the original appointment was made. Not completely satisfied.
The person I met who came up to help me in the service line was so polite. Later he came up to me to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle and how long it would take. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name.
Settings were not set back.
It appears that I may have been overcharged on some items.
Hard to tell from the invoice but oil? Filter, and tire rotation should be no charge since I have complimentary basic maintenance for first 36 months or 36000 miles.
If I anybody reads this I would appreciate a call ****-****-xxxx.
