Came in weekend before for 35,000 mile service which included an alignment. Drove the car a whole week with the wheel not being straight. Had to waste another day taking it back into Hyundai due to alignment not being right. Was not happy with having to waste another day of my time because the service was not completed correctly. So much for the promise in the dealership that service would be done right.
Great service. I brought my vehicle in due to a recall. I was promptly helped and provided with a rental vehicle during the approximately 4 weeks that my vehicle was at service center. When my vehicle was ready, I was provided with a clear explanation of the repairs that had been performed.

He was great! Love the Tucson and expect continued reliability!! Only downside - as a leased vehicle we can’t add a catalytic converter cage for theft protection! Probably not a high risk target, but we had a crew make its way down our street last week so it’s on our minds!!
