Service was supposed to top off all fluids. Today, I get the message that washer fluid is low. Not what I expected.

I don’t believe I’m being listened to, my vehicle is seemingly in constant need of some kind of service, I request loaner vehicle at times doesn’t seem to be available most of the time. I’m a 77 year old recently widowed female with back problems. I haven’t had this vehicle a year yet and am frustrated with all the times I’ve already had to go without it because it’s needed some sort of work. Just got it out of the shop yesterday has to go back tomorrow for something else…no I’m not happy…
Part should not have failed in the first place. Parts should have been available, especially when Hyundai knows of many failures with occurring Units! Who knows how many failures of this kind will happen again!

Gary was very pleasant,kind,and a gentleman. He opened the door for me, as I approached the desk for pick up. I am currently using a cane. He also communicated promptly to my questions, and kept me updated in a timely manner.

I brought my car in about five months ago regarding the inability to open up gas cover, and it was supposedly repaired. I paid for this repair. This is not my main car to drive so it was not frequently driven, and I noticed that the gas cover was no longer able to be opened again just before my trip out of the country for a month. The issue I’ve experienced from the beginning was episodic and unpredictable. It didn’t occur all the time before I brought it in the first time. So I was unaware it was not repaired correctly. l was out of the country for a month and I brought it to the attention immediately upon my return. I was told it was gonna cost me money again to repair because it was actually a different issue that was causing the door not to open but I disagree it was the same issue, it was the exact same experiences. I was told I took too long to advise of the issue thus u would have to pay since it was a 5 month delay. I feel totally taken advantage of. You do not value me as a customer. And I bought this car from your dealership as well. I will never return based on this lack of true customer service and apparent money grab.
The service done on the car was great and I am satisfied. However, the customer service was not thorough nor kept me informed of my vehicle that was in service. And I didn't receive a car wash when receiving my car back.
