I don’t trust them to do what they claimed they’ve done for instance they’re so-called hundred point inspection or whatever they call it. I found a couple things that were not taken care of cabin. Air filter was not changed. They said it was fluids are not topped off and they said they were. I’m looking at my radiator fluid right now and it’s slow First time I looked at it but it’s low. They did not top it off. I would find a reputable dealership to take your car to you for any kind of service because Norm Reeves talks a good game but they don’t practice what they preach.

I receive excellent service from the very moment I arrived at the dealership to have my vehicle serviced. Fernando provided great service and promised my vehicle would be ready be a certain time.
I had to return to correct the issue with my car. It was an in convirence, and service mgr gave me complimentary oil change. Point is that it needs to be done right the first time.
The staff that I dealt with were exceptional. Louis Ramos was courteous and patient, as was Gary Ohnesorgen. Gary worked hard to resolve the issue that I came in for. He did this to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that the whole process took six hours. I am not sure what would have expedited the process, but a shorter wait would be appreciated.
Enrique is THE BEST techs that I have encountered in YEARS. I have owned Hyundais for more than ten years and there have only been two techs that I would say I am impressed with. Enrique is the second one, the first I met back in 2009.

This has been the most frustrating experience. Between the total lack of communication and being talked down to, I may never go back here for service. My brakes still squeak at times, and can be extremely loud when they do. But I was continuously told it was "normal" and to essentially deal with it. I'm sorry but a car with 6000 miles on it shouldn't sound like it does. I will take my business somewhere else and hope they will treat me with more respect than I was there by some of the advisors and manager.
