Fernando was polite and professional. When I received my car keys and started my vehicle there was two additional warning lights on. I brought it to Fernando’s attention and he immediately had the vehicle taken back to the technician who promptly completed putting some type of caps back on my turn signals. ????????♀️

I've only once had subpar service at Norm Reeves Hyundai. Fernando continued the tradition of great service. I've noticed I'm being asked multiple times about trade in value. I have a daughter turning driving age soon enough, she's getting that car.

My appointment was at 4:30pm. I was told my car would be ready un an hour an 45 min. It was almost 6:30pm and someone walked by and asked what I was waiting for. I explained my car is being serviced and said everyone in service leaves at 6. Someone eventually got my car and said it was done. I left without paperwork or explanation regarding something I asked about. It wasn't the wait or time, it was the lack of communication that makes it frustrating. If someone didn't ask what I was doing there I would've been there a long time and not have my car to get home.
Everything that was promised fulfilled. Thank you.
