Cheyne was very helpful when we picked up our vehicle. Hans was at lunch. Hans gave me his cell number. We placed 3 calls. None were answered. Why give cell phone out if not going to be answered. I replied to two of those automated texts. None of those were replied too. Those need to be eliminated. Totally useless and annoying. Poor service from Hans. They other man, Cheyne was very helpful.
I appreciate Hans Rico’s extra help in seeing that I get my floor mats.

Gary was great! He listened to the couple of problems I had and ensured me the technicians would check each one out. He informed me how long I would have to wait and showed both indoor and outdoor waiting areas. While waiting Gary kept me informed of the progress and let me know when the car was ready, which was in the timeframe Gary mentioned and greatly appreciated. Well done, Gary!
