Kept my car for over 6 hours and could not resolve the problem. The service person was polite and tried his best. It’s your repair or mechanic personnel who could not solve the problem. I am to bring it back again next Tuesday for several hours. Unsatisfactory overall.

The service rep, Cheyne Riggs, and the other folks behind the desk are top notch! Very helpful and responsive. The technicians are also good at what they do. My issue lies with the scheduling and lapse in time between the appointment check in and when my car was actually worked on. Imagine my expression after checking my car in at 9:30am and finding it still in the parking lot at 12:15pm. This was after being told my service needs may take until end of day or until the following afternoon. 2 things crossed my mind: this is inconsiderate of people’s time and I could have completed a lot of errands had they simply told me to come at 1pm. Instead a whole morning and day for that matter were blown away. Patrons need to be provided with accurate information even at the time of scheduling in order to make an informed decision.
