Bit pricey on service other dealer cheaper and gives free car wash
A simple car wash would totally have made my day...I always ask for it and never recieve it. Yes, its always on the work order too. Its the small things that always cause the damage.
Cheyne was courteous and professional.
I like how Mariela Valdez told me all the information and make sure to repaired everything my car was going to get serviced. She also explained to me how long my car was going to take before I get back from the service. I was surprise I got my car earlier then I expected. I will recommend it and I will go back.
Paul provided exceptional customer service. He is polite, forthright, detailed and professional. His follow up skills are very good and I appreciate the extra effort he showed to ensure my car was thoroughly test driven and all issues were resolved. I had Gray multiple times when I brought my car in to be serviced. He is very polite and is always on top of his game. He never tries to sell me on doing more to my car than the service I need. He is very straightforward when explaining the work and what they needed to do. He is the reason I keep coming back instead of going to a different Hyundai.
Gary O is the best. It’s a wonderful experience each time I come in for service and I get to work with Gary. I wish more companies would employ people that provide the kind of customer service that he does. I hope Hyundai recognizes good employees, because they are a crucial part of building loyal customers.
Gary did a good job of keeping me informed while my car was being worked on. He even checked on the service warranty and was able get the cost reduced.

However, Recall Parts were not in your inventory, and I made this trip for nothing. I was very disappointed.
