Cheyne was very helpful in understanding a separate matter than the scheduled maintenance. Very light and cheerful in conversation and went the extra step in helping with upcoming replacements and services needed for my vehicle. All experiences I've had at Norm Reeves are what keep me returning for my car's needs.

After the nightmare that has been me trying to get Norm Reeves to fix my recall after I signed all the needed paperwork 8 months ago, being ignored and bullshitted up until I was finally told to come in yesterday— Paul was the only one who was actually apologetic, professional, respectful, and competent at his job. I am grateful that he was able to help me finally get everything all set yesterday, and actually treated me like a valued customer and person.
