I was but I can't believe that they couldn't give a good customer service car wash for coming back with their new car for the first oil change. Just how would you was the cars you are selling now for your customers. No biggie who cares.

The service writer was very good however we have a problem with the warranty. There should be no deductible $50. I showed the service writer the original contract and there was no deductible marked as was agreed to at time of purchase. I had to pay in order to release my vehicle witch I strongly objected to I asked for the manager but he was nowhere to be found. This should not be a difficult discussion for Hyundai to make. I would except a answer by end of day tomorrow one way or the other so I will know how to proceed hopefully I will be refunded the $50 and then we can continue doing business as before Sincerity John V
