Slow intake, slow computer, slow delivery of car after service. If I need to wait that long for my car I deserve a bench to sit on. Also, access to the service area is poor, as is the signage. As you've been in this location for 6 months, I imagine you know about these issues already and don't care to deal with them

Arriving at 7am, someone greeted me and apologized for any delay in being there so early. Gary them welcomed me, provided info on what I needed, and followed up throughout the entire process until my departure. This is why I continue driving a bit further from other Hyundai service centers in order to maximize my time with professional staff and work!
