Cheyne explains what my car needed to keep running good. He also manage to elaborate the expenses and/or charges prior the start of fixing my car. He knows what he is supposed to do for a starter. I have been going to the service center and I am familiar with all the service employee who has been helping customers. So far the only last man standing as the service employee was Gary (he had help me before) the rest were new faces. Being that said, as a regular customer Hyundai should make a way to to make their employees stay longer to better serve their customers or clients. Familiarity creates better relationships with all their customers.

Bringing in my car today I was uncertain if anything could be resolved within my budget. Working with Cheyne Riggs was a 10/10 experience! He’s kind, funny and professional! He kept up me updated on work status and cost. I always have a great customer experience here that why I believe it’s worth driving from Glendale to Cerritos for service.

Thank you for the opportunity. As part of my recent visit I placed an order for 2 parts to replace the antenna on my Santa Fe. My service rep told me to pay 271.33 for the part and they would contact me when the part arrives. 15 days ago he called me and said the part wasn’t in yet and he would put an emergency order in. I haven’t heard from him since. I know things are taking longer with the shipping issues but if that’s the case I’ll be patient but communicate with me and tell me what is the status of the item. Don’t leave me hanging for 2 weeks and leave me to wonder if you forgot about me.
Can somebody please call me and update me on the status of the antenna I paid for on my Santa Fe.

Gary Ohnesorgen was way above and beyond the usual customer service and care manager. Gary was communicative through the entire five months of service issues and warranty needs. He was very knowledgeable and gave great options and timelines. Every service manager should be more like Gary. Thank you so much for all your courteous help and service. I have made it a point to tell my friends about Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos for great service.
