I was happy Gary O., was able to give me a discount, I am currently unemployed and going through some hard time, and the battery goes bad in my car after having the car ONLY 2 years and about 10 months with 52K miles. Batteries should and must last longer. Plus the battery price was astronomical, $300!!! plus labor!!!! What happened to loyalty and courtesy? I hoped whatever car problem I had that killed my car was fixed, otherwise the dealer and I will become best friends. in my opinion Hyundai 2019 Elantra SEL are not reliable. I would not recommend the vehicle. The service I received from the dealer was decent.
Both Cheyne and Heman were terrific!! Heman understood that I needed to see my family at Thanksgiving and he made it happen. For that, I’m so very grateful. Cheyne helped me during the checkout process and answered the questions I had.

I have had exclusively negative experiences with Hyundai customer service in the past, which made it easy to not return for service for an extended period of time. Paul's consistent and timely communication made me feel like my vehicle was being taken care of. I am much more likely to return to Hyundai for service on regular intervals after this experience. Vehicles and maintenance on them cost a lot of money and I feel better spending money at Hyundai, knowing that service has improved.

I think you guys should have a few bays set aside just for oil changes. I was satisfied with my visit but I also think if someone is going only for the complimentary service (oil change and tire rotation) it shouldn't take more than an hour.
