Thanks for the service. The guy with unique mask help us a lot. He was very polite and precise. However, I think there should be more person working at the service because he was handling at least 5 people at once.

Upon arrival I was attended by a service rep. Gary was smooth in making sure all of my issues were addressed. He observed my brake light dysfunction before I even shared the information. He was concerned about my issues I brought the car in for.
When it was time to check out, it was a quick, personal and well planned exit. I hope Gary can be my go to guy when I come in from now on. Thank you Gary for your excellent customer service.
