Gary was very nice and understanding. I also was helped out by another man with a Beard who was blonde. I can’t seem to remember his name but he helped in explaining the answers to any questions I had as I came to pick up my car. Overall I had a great experience, thank you very much
After getting the call to come pick up my car, I could find the same representative I had given my car to. I came in for two recalls and only one of them was fixed since the dealership did not have the part for the other recall fix. I was informed that I would have to come in another time. I had some questions (specific to scheduling) for the service rep but could not find that person and I have also been reaching out over the phone and email to for a drop off for a repair and the recall repair. I never could get a hold of that person. I will reach out again and see if another person can assist me.

I think I’m getting the run around about my car burning oil faster than it should be.
I’m very disappointed with Paul’s service. He told me that my car was some where else and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to get there. It took 29 minutes to get my car. I told him I had to go to work at 11 it was my first day at that job so I wanted to be there on time so I ask him are you sure?? and he said yes. He was rude when I asked him for my copy. My husband told him thank you very much and have a good day and he didn’t even respond to him. My question is why is he there if he doesn’t like it?? There’s no need to be rude when you work in customer service.
Love that way his very specific on explaining every answer and question we have for him. Really good employee.
