Though the service was performed satisfactorily , it was not without issue. First, I made the appointment for recall campaign 208 a couple weeks prior to the appointment date of 12/23/21. However, the part was not available. I should have been notified to reschedule before taking time out of my schedule to show up. Secondly, I was informed that I would be called when the part was available. That call never came. Two months later in February I called to make the second appointment. Why wasn’t I notified the part was available? I felt like my due service was lost in the shuffle and it took my effort to get the job done. The **** should have been on the dealer, not the customer.
Gary explained the service needed, he was kind and pleasant to work with.
I thought my service rep, Cheynne was great! He always explained everything and was very nice to deal with. But my car took 3 weeks to have the issue resolved. Then I was told the car would be washed when I Findlay was able to pick it up. It was not washed. I even waited for that and it came to me dusty. Also I had no gas in the car. It had less than 1 mile of gas left in the tank. I did not bring the car to be serviced with no gas in the car. I had to panic on the way to the gas station.
A good experience all around. However, the music in the waiting room was too loud and not a more generic type of music that would
be enjoyed by a wider range of people.

Called and text the service department a total of 12 times prior to my appointment to drop off my car 2/21/22. I finally got someone to answer the phone and let me know I could drop off my car prior to 7 am. I never got a call, text or email from Herman that he had my car, if it was at the shop, NOTHING!!!! I actually needed something from my car and had no idea where it actually was. I called the Body Shop where I thought it was and they looked into it for me. Of course 10 minutes after I called the body shop Herman called to tell me my car was ready. Furthermore the chat line promised multiple calls back from the service department and none of those calls came. I was pretty disappointed in the entire process. Hyundais paint fails and I don’t even get a rental car, how is that on me? I had to borrow two different cars. My business will be going elsewhere. Only way I’d go back is if I am guaranteed that Gary will handle my service needs, he is your only star in that service department. My wife had to wait 3.5 hours for an oil change a couple weeks ago and the long haired kid blamed it on the computers being down, she walked outside, found her car and raised HELL, her car had been done for almost 2 hours
Paul was outstanding. Very helpful and always kept me informed on details of my service. Provided great customer service. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
