All went well except that it fud take a little longer ger than anticipated.

Thank you to the technicians I really thought it was pricey but after looking thoroughly at each work done plus driving it and noticed the difference plus my lights were fixed . I say it was worth it and very much satisfied.
We just got our car release back to us after repairs of our stolen vehicle. It was returned with no license plates (we weren't informed that they were missing) the repairs weren't completed.
Cheyne was very helpful and courteous. I appreciated receiving an accurate quote of time. Everything was done in a timely manner.

No I am not satisfied. Actually I am extremely upset with the service I received. I was placed in a rental by Enrique without any clear understanding of the parameters of the rental. When I went to return the vehicle I was charged for 5 days of rental. I had the vehicle for 8 and no one ever told me they only paid for 3 days. I would had returned the vehicle if they had. I was sent to customer service to request a refund. Customer service there was even worse. I was then told by Alexis that they don’t pay the taxes as fees. So I’m still stuck with paying a portion of the fees which is not fair. Especially considering this whole thing could have been avoided if Enrique had only told me to return the car. No I do not recommend servicing your vehicle here. The follow up regarding my car service was horrible as well. The overall experience was lack luster and as excited as I was about purchasing my vehicle last year, I regret it now. I will not be repurchasing or refinancing ANYTHING with Hyundai ever again. Their service is abysmal. It’s disgusting that I’m still stuck with an out of pocket expense for their mistake. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Affairs Bureau or automotive repairs.
