Enrique was very professional and polite. There was one employee of yours that was very short and rude to another customer. As this has no reflection on Enrique or the service I received I was taken aback by what your employee said and his tone. Tbe customer was Asian there was a bit of a language barrier, apparently the man was told twice his tires had been rotated when in fact they had not, your employee blamed tbe tech for not writing it on the notes that tires where not rotated due to too early. This conversation went on for about 10 to 15 mins. At the end your employee told tbe man he could of been helping other customers instead of spending time in this conversation. I was so taken aback by his rude and unnecessary tone. Enrique quickly apologize to me for having to witness that unprofessional behavior and he himself found it very concerning in how your employee handled the matter.

Enrique was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer and explain all the questions we had. He helped to expedite our vehicle inspection which was at first mentioned that it would take 5 days long but he helped to get it inspected the next day. We look forward to being serviced by Enrique again and would rate his service 5/5 stars!

Appointment was at 8:35. Did not received a call until 5-1/2 hours later. I try to called the service center several times to get a update, no answer. I told the customer service rep. If they could change the sender assy- fuel pump only. He told me I would have to replace the fuel pump and couldn't just replace the sender assy.

I took my car in to check the battery and fix a nail in my tire. When I got the car back a piece that holds the battery in place was in my vehicle as well as the air cabin filter cover not sure why the cabin filter was even touched since I went in for a battery check and tire fix.
