Very attentive to my needs with my Hyundai
I went there for the recall of my Pallisade 2024. I was there because a Hyundai attendant scheduled this day because she had already ordered the needed parts. After 30 minutes I was notified to go home because Hyundai would order the part. Why they called me, so. You all made me lose my time !!!!
The servicing was successful, but a four-month old car shouldn’t have needed servicing. Also, the technicians left red marker on my windows, the interior was left dirty, and some of the contents of the glove box were left on the floor. A coupon for a free express wash doesn’t cut it. Finally, it would have been nice to have the car charged after spending five daya at your dealership. It just doesn’t exemplify the standards of an great dealership.
