Dreadful service from the Norm Reeves Hyundai team. My car was quoted at 3-4 days to fix paint that was damaged at the dealership during the purchase process. Ended up being 9 or so days. Didn’t get offered a loaner until I went through the sales team and that took 6 days. Contacted the dealership 4 different days and couldn’t get through to service once. Left multiple messages for service to call me at reception and got nothing back. Was told the inside door handle was going to be covered by a female rep and picked up the car and it was in fact not fixed. Had to go through Angel in sales because service was a no show throughout the entire process. Would love to chat with the service manager because at this point I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone based on the entire process.

All my Settings in my dash board and display screen where completely changed to where I had them and the skid plate in my vehicle was left hanging.

Customer service by Enrique was amazing! My appointment was at 7:35am and I has mentioned that it would be ideal to have my vehicle ready before noon since I had an interview in downtown LA at 1pm and he delivered! I received his call before 11am that my vehicle was ready. In plenty of time to make it to the interview without rushing. A huge thank you to the whole team!
