The Hyundai service reps always do a great job providing customer service whenever I take my car in. In particular, Enrique Almazan and Gary Ohnesorgen. Kudos to them for a job well done and to whoever hired these two gentlemen. It would be smart to keep them onboard. Second time I have had our palisade in the service center and got it back with 5 lbs of nitrogen let out of my tires after I specifically said the car has nitrogen and is filled to 40 lbs because of the low profile tires. Everytime the service department doesn't follow the note from the service advisor it costs me $40 to refill the tires.
