The Hyundai service reps always do a great job providing customer service whenever I take my car in. In particular, Enrique Almazan and Gary Ohnesorgen. Kudos to them for a job well done and to whoever hired these two gentlemen. It would be smart to keep them onboard. Their professionalism, service and great attitude makes all the difference in the world whenever I take my car in for service. I hope Hyundai managers are giving them their well deserved recognition. Thank you!

Some issues were not resolved due to lack of parts, and a new problem occurred after service, so I am going to visit the service center again.

This time I was very happy with the service Enrique was very helpful and very pleasant the last two times I did not get a tire rotation they forgot Enrique made sure I got the service that I've always had in the past ????

Second time I have had our palisade in the service center and got it back with 5 lbs of nitrogen let out of my tires after I specifically said the car has nitrogen and is filled to 40 lbs because of the low profile tires. Everytime the service department doesn't follow the note from the service advisor it costs me $40 to refill the tires.
