I don't think I want to participate in a podium.com survey, but the service at Norm Reeves, while expensive, was fine.
Poor experience.I had a confirmed scheduled appointment for my car’s recall as well as an installation of a part that was previously ordered - the representative that assisted me with scheduling my appointment confirmed with me that the part has been delivered. Once I arrived, my appointment wasn’t on the schedule, they told me the part wasn’t delivered, and the recall needs the parts which also have not been delivered. It was a waste of time for both parties. Communication was lacking.
Paul was polite, courteous, and very professional. He was able to have my problem identified quickly and was able to explain how it could be quickly resolved. I was deeply grateful in its solution. Thanks for the great service...

Christian Gomez was very helpful and over all I’m pleased with the level of customer service at Norm Reeves except for just one thing: two hours for engine oil change is a bit too long.
I had my car serviced to my satisfaction, and was greeted promptly via walk in. I do have one concern and that was Paul didn’t have my account info and wasn’t aware that I had coverage for tire repairs or replacement and 3 year maintenance program.

Paul was very helpful and transparent and he provided solutions throughout the process to get my vehicle fixed by keeping me informed of all the testing being done to my car and the constant communication with Hyundai Motors technicians to solve my car problem. Thank you for providing us with a rental car and Thank you Paul because my car is driving smooth as the first day we got it.
I’m disappointed for the waiting time it took more than 10 months from the time it was check up to the time was fixed. Regarding the guy who fixed it, He is good and very accommodating.
