We came in to get her brakes checked as it was squeaking. We were not contacted for the entire day by customer service regarding the issue with break. We ended up calling around 4:00 p.m. at which point customer service told us that they could not replicate the issue so he could leave the car on another night or pick up the car. This was not communicated to us rather customers/we have to call to find this out. We decided to leave the car another night for team to work on the breaking issue. Next morning. We were told that we would be contacted by 10:00 a.m. again, we were not contacted all day. We ended up calling around 3:00 p.m. to find out that technician could not replicate breaking issue and they could not further help us. Hence car was ready for pickup. Both of these days we were not contacted rather we had to call to find out the status of her car. I find this extremely inappropriate and disservice to loyal customers.

My service rep Cheyne Riggs was fantastic. He provided great service and was very responsive to my needs. Cheyne is an outstanding service rep who should be recognized for all he does.
I did not receive an update, I had to call and ask for an update. I let the service team know that i would be there later that evening but when I got there I waited about 20 mins to get my vehicle because it was at another lot. They knew I was coming later that evening, they should have had my car ready.
Of course, I already left a Yelp review and I am more than happy to leave another one. Paul is the perfect example of customer service. I hope you all know what you have in him which is a great representation for Hyundai.
First off.. Mary was so courteous and friendly from the time we dropped of the car for service and when we came and picked up the car after services were completed...she is truly an asset to the company....I will definitely return to this location for any future services ai may need...and possibly purchase a new car next year!!!!
I waited three hours only to be told that a part had to be ordered and I would have to come back and wait another two or three hours. Then, I was told that my car had been taken off site and I would have to wait for it to come back. When I asked why that happened the reply was, “Oh, those technicians.” Not happy.
Great professional people
They claimed to have washed my car and all they did wish me the dirt from the evening light rain. This is not the first time… They never wash my car properly. Service, in terms of mechanics, I suppose they’re good, I have no way of knowing. Gary was very sweet and mannered.
