Other than a certain item not being in stock, everyone was pretty nice. Gary kinda left me his shift before I had to pick up my car. I had questions about my car.
No one really helped me out with my questions. I think it’s because it was the end of their day, I don’t blame them either lol!

I’ll be honest… I’m nervous AF about driving my ‘23 Kona EV. The small battery is not recharging like it is supposed to, and the situation was not remedied when I left your dealership. I now have to use a voltmeter to monitor my car on my own. The car has already left my wife stranded at night once, and I’m seriously afraid that it WILL happen again.

The other dealer I took my car to was the worst than a hole in the wall garage. Car was released with more issue than I took it in for and when confronted, they flat out denied the issue. That dealer should be reviewed and stripped of their dealership!
