When the car was ready for pickup, mechanic technicians dirty grease handprints were visible on the high quality white leather of the driver’s door. And dirty gloves marks were left by the repair shop technicians on the hoods fixed front end that holds the hood shut down. A ding was dented onto the passengers side back door outside panel that was not there when I dropped the car for service. This was verified by repair advisor Paul, and he took my complaint to “the manger;” Paul returned to tell me to return Monday, February 20 for body shop repair of the dent on the passenger side back door panel; they will provide a loaner car.
Paul did a good follow up job that Mr Riggs started! I’m glad to see the parts dept is doing better. Over all i would give a 5 star rating for my experience! Good job to everyone involved!
I had the best experience at Cerritos Hyundai yesterday. We had called to schedule an appointment but there weren’t any for a few weeks. We explained the Check Engine light went on suddenly and we were concerned but after explaining my situation they said to come in and they would check it out for me. We were seen quickly and they arranged a ride home for me. The great news was there was nothing serious wrong with our car and we got it back at the end of the day. The Service Dept kept me updated every step of the way. We are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend Hyundai of Cerritos.
