Cheyne was pefect, he was courteous, pleasant, and and knowledgeable. He gave me time and alternatives on what services that I needed complete with the frames involved. He let me know about what would be happening as well how long:it would take.
Give a heads up over the phone on extra services the car needs… I was going in with the intention of just an oil change and tire rotation… to get surprised that the car needed wheel alignment and a few extra stuff when the car only has 14,000 miles on it … Ive leased with Honda and jeep and those type of services weren’t needed that early on… Im no mechanic but i felt pressure to shell out $350 that day… I nice heads up over the phone when I schedule the appointment would of been great… *hey vehicle is going to need this done before you bring it in* times are tough right now and is the first time I felt ripped off… I’m looking forward to my lease to come to an end and take my business elsewhere … and I really hope I the near future we’ll be able to purchase or lease cars with out being hassled by sales people
