Dont tape up a window that the customer has to clean up after picking up a car that you had for3 months before repairs were completed.

The communication with our service representative and the service manager is/was absolutely horrible. We tried leaving voicemails responding to text messages and we could not communicate appropriately with the dealership only when we physically showed up did we get the time to get our questions answered and a response. I hope the dealership continues to work on customer service, and communication.

Only fyi I found the stickers in my car to put on the windows saying this car has been equipped with theft upgrade. I put the stickers on my window myself. Thank you Cheyne for service and car wash card.

I never received a text message that my car was ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes before I walked up to the advisor to see my keys were on her desk. she then sent me the text after i left the dealership.
