My first time getting my car service and Louie Ramos was the one who assisted me. Throughout my car getting service Louie was very helpful and took me step by step of what the service would provide as well as what to expect for future service. I did have to leave my car overnight but Louie provided me a rental car and assured me that he would update me on my car status. Overall, i was provided with great customer service! Thank you Louie!
