I took a tram to the mall while my car was being serviced.
When it was time for me to return to pick up my car, I was stranded there for over an hour because the tram stopped running, due to mechanical
difficulties. When it didn’t come, I called Hyndai
I left several messages and didn’t get a call back. I did get texts saying
he was sorry for the inconvenience. After sitting
in the sun, waiting for over an hour and continually calling, I reached a woman who said she would get in touch with someone. I received a text saying that the team wasn’t coming, and he was so sorry for my inconvenience. No offer for anyone to pick me up. It did say, however that I could pay my bill right then online. I’m 80 years old, and I think Hundai’s treatment of me was brutal.
Service was done extremely fast. Great customer service as always.
