Parked my car between two vehicles didnt bother moving it until i got someone. That person who moved it hit my bumper on the wall. The air filter for being brand new was dirty. I asked the guy who said thats how it is. Bad service. Lyft ride used to transpkrt me back home smelled like cigarrets.

Gary and his entire team were amazing! This was my first time ever servicing my vehicle at a Norm Reeves store, and let me tell you, it won’t be my last! I look forward to many many more years of service with Gary and the Norm Reeves team!!

My experience was very alarming with questionable practices. I was told about what the problem was and quoted over 500.00 to repair. Once I educated my service associate Gary that the same repairs quoted to me was a service that I had and paid for September 15, 2023. He came back with they replaced the spark plugs again and now all the other stuff isn’t needed. And the vehicle is ready for pick up. I also expressed to him my concerns that I was quoted for repairs that was already done and I acquired expenses of having the the vehicle towed in for something that I thought was handled already. I have had much better experience and service with Enrique. He has always been very helpful and through with my vehicle services in a timely manner with minimal inconveniences. I would ask that you encourage your team members to ALWAYS CHECK HISTORY on the vehicle and possibly do an internal audit on what repairs are really being performed vs just suggesting costly unnecessary repairs. I hope this was helpful in improving customer care and satisfaction.
