The service advisor was great, but the service maintance was the problem. The service order said oil change and tire rotation. I notice that my tires had not been rotated. I know this because my tires are marked and their were in the same position when I dropped my car off. If they were not going to rotate them it should have been listed on my service invoice. Tire rotation are a part of car maintenance and should be done.

I purchased my Tucson at your dealership, I bring my car here for all maintenance when needed. Why do send me a mile or so to get my car washed?? Also had to bring their attention to overcharging me on work done. I know times are hard for all of us, but we can do better.
