Actually, the staffperson who assisted me from beginning to end was Moe Jaber. He was extremely knowledgeable about every question I asked (from belts and brake pads to how coolant flushing happens and how it’s important to the life of my Hyundai), and was friendly and personable throughout. I give him tremendous kudos and hope this gets to his superiors!!

The service was done in a very timely manner and I appreciate that. But when I came time for me to pay the bill, the price was wrong from what I had okayed for them to do. The rectified it and I paid for what I signed for but I shouldn't have to notice that when I come up to make the payment.

I am so impressed with Hyundai -- the extended warranty covered my air conditioner problem. (The air conditioner worked great on the way home -- I'll keep watching it as directed.) I appreciate that Louie explained that the service tech added a dye to the freon so they can see if there is a leak somewhere if the air fails again. I am so glad I bought a Hyundai!
