He was a great listener as I explained the issue with my car and he was able to have addressed effectively. He also took into consideration how important a properly functioning automobile was for me and was able to provide a loaner while my car went through the repair. I can’t say enough wonderful things about his customer service skills! 10 out of 10!

The service technician Gary was fine. But when I made an appointment over the phone for the vehicle's recall the representative on the phone who scheduled the appointment had to call and check the parts and service department to see if they had the part in stock and she told me they did. I had to come in at a date that was 2 weeks out from the call so I assumed they had to order it. Then I drive to the dealership the service team gets my car starts working on it and then an hour later they tell me they don't have the part. It's frustrating because I come in have to take time out of work. All to just have it wasted because they don't know what parts they have at the service department. They should have called me or at least let me know before I drop the car off that they don't have the part. So I had to spend $30 to Uber home and $30 to Uber back. Now I have to come in again. Take more time off of work. The phone operator or the parts department person were incorrect about what part is needed for the vehicle and as a result my time was wasted. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and I was planning on purchasing a new Genesis. But I might take my business to Anaheim Hyundai or IE Hyundai
