Justin was good. He was able to get the truck in fast to find the problem. I don't think I should have brought the truck back the second time. Problem should have been fixed the first time.
Justin took great care of my truck and me and got everything done that I asked in a timely fashion. Took care of simple issues that my local ford could not. I traveled 2 hours because they had done a great job previously and could not be any happier my truck is back to 100% and even took the time to assess and complete 2 recalls that were pending on my truck vs my local dealer didn’t even bother to inform me I had 2 recalls. I will be purchasing and only servicing my truck at team Elliot ford from now on.
