Nick the assistant parts manager and Dee in the service department were fantastic. I had not used Acura to service my car in several years because of a very bad previous experience. They convinced me to give Acura another chance. They delivered on all promises, kept me informed throughout the process and even managed to come in under the original quoted price. Upon finding that her phone connected without issues, she sat with me & worked thru the settings until it worked again. She went above & beyond
