I called and scheduled a week ahead of time. Expressed I had a wrx STI and would need a special filter. Showed up for appointment and filter was not there. Had to come back. I waited 45 minutes just to be told that the filter was not there
D'andrea is a fantastic person, perfect for her job. You should give her a raise. She makes what could be a difficult experience (paying for car repairs) very pleasant because of her kind personality.
