David kindly explained all that was done and even showed us pictures of the parts that were changed and their location so we could understand. He was so patient and kind.
The service employee who helped me out did everything he could to resolve the problem with my vehicle. He was very nice and showed concern for the issue I had. You should definitely have more people like him working for you.
Eddie was completely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was a welcome difference from the current service manager who even after two messages left didn’t return my calls. I bought my vehicle at this Nissan and would like to be able to trust my car here. Eddie came through, but management needs improvement!!!

I cancel my appointment that day due to prior making my appointment service I spoke to the service guy that told me I still have my oil change package. when I went that morning they said no! wasted my morning so I went to another dealership instead.
Friendly, professional, and clearly explains questions posed. Shuttle service a plus. Driver courteous, prompt, safe.
