Service guy didn’t go over paperwork after what was done
Unfortunately we could leave the car for further inspection
3 1/2 later oil change tire rotation was done
He didn’t offer a rent a car
Unfortunately we will not be back to San Bernardino Nissan
Car is under warranty
I have been getting my oil change here for over 10 years. I used to purchase the 3 pack oil change now that is not offered. I understand when ownership changes processes change but it’s quite ridiculous that my one oil change cost me half of what a three pack used to cost me and this didn’t even include a tire rotation. Also, my service representative only told me what things need to be fixed. I had to ask him to explain items on my list. I will not be returning.

I just bought the car 1 month ago ,one of the tires is showing the needs air every other day ,I called my seller Alejandro, and him told me bring it back and I take you to the service, and he did ,but when I was with the representative he told me it was going to be liked 3 hours ,I waited for 1 hour ,and when outside to see if my car it was already at the shop, my car it was of the same place ,after 1 hour ,I decided to leave ,please 3 hours just to check 1 tire . Very disappointing ????

I have been a customer with Nissan I have been with them through various owners since 2010 the last owner Larry H Miller wasn't so good I didn't like how they conducted their sales nor their service I truly hope this will be better now that it's under new manager.
