Everyone is a top notch at Schulte.
Communication was good but there were many things that needed to be replaced or cleaned but was never offered to me. They did all thr check list things but didn't offer to change filters or fix battery terminal corrosion.
Everyone was very polite and assertive just wish we would have been offered replacement when he had me on the phone

Five star. SF Subura has it-organized, friendly, knowledgeable. Oh the chia tea is a treat. Hardly enough time to get one cup done such fast service.

Nate was very receptive & listened. I am thinking I did not know there were all the different volumes, 1 for radio, 1 for phone on Android Auto & another for blue tooth....I could not hear the other person on a phone call. I think he was too kind to say, Lady your volume was wacky not the car. He took it in stride. I learned something as well. Maybe it had to do with the Bluetooth being on all the time maybe not. But it worked when I left & I'm pleased as punch!
My wife was told it was going to take 2.5 hours for oil change. It took 5 hours. The detail sheet said the car had been inspected and washed. We didn’t have it washed. Dent in passenger door noticed.
This is the exception to what otherwise has been phenomenal service by your dealership.

I'm now completely convinced that they are specifically trying to find things that are wrong so they can suggest the most expensive fix. Leaking fluid? Let's replace the whole steering column! Yeah right, did you even see if it could be patched?
Don't bother to call me. This was the last straw. I cannot see any reason to return for further service or to buy my next vehicle there.

We came in without an appointment for an oil change and a “low tire light”. We appreciate the loaner car while they did the work. After returning to pick up our Outback found out that the inspection report attached to the invoice showed a “fail” on the tires. As we travel each week across the state for work the service tech we spoke to on Saturday made arrangements for us to get new tires installed last minute on Tuesday June 1. We appreciate his extra help and willing to squeeze us in your schedule!! So thank you!! Extraordinary customer service!
Amazing place, staff was very friendly and dog hospitality was great. Enjoyed our time waiting for our vehicle to be serviced.
